On behalf of the Cleveland Polka Association Board, we wish to thank each and every one of you who contributed to our 7th Annual Charity Golf Outing on July 25, 2015. We had 143 golfers and over 200 people in attendance for our dinner. It was another perfect day this year. Again, it was because of those who assisted, golfed and/or donated. This year, we will be able to present a donation to Holy Family Home & Hospice in an amount that is over $3,000. Thank you for your support in making this possible for the CPA.
